Mango Smoothie Popsicles FAQs
What Fruit Blends Well With Mango?
Mangoes go well with almost anything! Since they intensify the flavor of other tropical fruits, I like to add coconut, banana, papaya or pineapple to mangoes.
Are Mangos Good For You?
Mangos host a healthy dose of vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin A, fiber, folate and more. Mangos are packed full of polyphenols, which help boost our immune systems; and they’re loaded with digestive enzymes as well. Mangos also support your body in absorbing iron and support healthy heart function.
Can I Make A Smoothie Bowl Instead Of Popsicles?
Yes! Blend up the fruit popsicle mixture using fresh fruit or frozen fruit. Instead of pouring it into popsicles molds, pour it into a bowl; add a few toppings, like shredded coconut, hemp hearts, or cacao nibs, and enjoy as a mango smoothie bowl.
