As a runner, I especially appreciate the purely strength workouts (vs. HIIT, which I enjoy, too, but often I want just strength without a lot of jumping.) Good way! I’m so encouraged by your help and advice for postpartum women as we jump back in at any amt of time pp. Do you have any ways to make lateral squats more safe postpartum? Any modifications perhaps? Maybe I’m starting with too wide of a stance, I don’t know. Thanks again!
