The College and Career Planning Team transforms NYC high schools and creates system-wide change by removing barriers, supporting staff, and building partnerships to expand postsecondary access and success for all students.

Each of our primary workstreams (below) support the Mayor’s ambitious Equity and Excellence” agenda to ensure all NYC students succeed in their postsecondary path.

COLLEGE BRIDGE FOR ALL

College Bridge for All is a collaborative program between CUNY and DOE that supports participating schools in hiring and training a recent graduate attending college locally to serve as a near-peer mentors to ensure seniors successfully matriculate into postecondary programs.
